General Consulting Partners (GCP) has extensive experience in Implementing Software Systems. In implementing third party vendor software products, our consultants will analyze the specific client requirements in relationship to the selected Vendor package(s) to determine the best strategy for the systems implementation program. Our efforts encompass project management, systems analysis, systems design and development, specification, definition, implementation, documentation, training, testing, rollout and, when necessary... decommission. GCP will put in place corporate reporting and decision support controls and executive management reporting at appropriate levels to assist in analyzing and managing each of our projects.
Utilization of third party software packages is becoming more prevalent in the industry. This is due in part to the consistent updating and inclusion of features and functions which are identified by clients perspective clients and to the

likelihood that the implementation project will be successful do to the training documentation and support readily available from the software vendor.
While the support from the software vendor normally reflects in-depth knowledge of the software package, more often than not the support in not industry specific. GCP consultants have both vendor expertise and knowledge as well as extended industry and functional experiences.
